融資租賃公司注冊需要什么材料，經(jīng)歷什么流程？

      所需材料：（Materials needed）

   
  1、公司投資：公司開業(yè)證明的復(fù)印件及其公證認(rèn)證（2份）（于當(dāng)?shù)毓C機(jī)關(guān)進(jìn)行公證，再于中國大使館進(jìn)行認(rèn)證）； 
  The copy of the investor’s Certificate of Incorporation and its notarization certificate from the notarization center and then the Chinese embassy;(2 pieces)
   
  2、投資公司法定代表人身份證明復(fù)印件；
  The copy of the passport of the legal director  of the investing company;
   
  3、投資公司或投資人的銀行資信證明（1份）；
  The Account Balance from bank;(1piece)
   
  4、擬設(shè)立企業(yè)執(zhí)行董事、監(jiān)事身份證明復(fù)印件并簽名（2份）；（或者董事會、監(jiān)事會）
  The ID Card or the passport of the planned CEO and the supervisor(Copies,two pieces);
   
  5、設(shè)立企業(yè)名稱
   Names planned for the company;
   
  6、擬設(shè)立企業(yè)法人1寸彩照3張；
  The one-inch color pictures of the legal representative of the planned company (3 pieces)；
   
  7、產(chǎn)權(quán)證復(fù)印件加蓋權(quán)利人公章（3份）；租賃合同復(fù)印件簽字蓋章（3份）可由我公司提供；
  The copies of the Property Certificate with the seal of the owner(3 pieces);The copies of the Leasing Agreement with the signature and the seal(3pieces).
   
  8、投資各方經(jīng)會計師事務(wù)所審計的最近1年的審計報告；
  the recent 1 year audit report by investors
   
  9、高級管理人員的資歷證明
  Senior managers' qualifications 
   
   
   
  中方所需：
  1、 公司營業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件，原件核對
  2、 公司銀行資信證明或者存款證明（大于投資額）
  3、 法定代表人的身份證明復(fù)印件
   注：香港公司要BR和CR經(jīng)律師公證，然后到中國法律服務(wù)香港有限公司認(rèn)證。

   
  設(shè)立中外合資融資租賃公司的條件：
   
  1、注冊資本不低于1000W美元；
   
  2、外方公司總資產(chǎn)不低于500W美元；
   
  3、 有限責(zé)任公司形式的外商投資融資租賃公司的經(jīng)營期限一般不超過30年。
   
  4擁有相應(yīng)的專業(yè)人員，高級管理人員應(yīng)具有相應(yīng)專業(yè)資質(zhì)和不少于3年的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗。
   
  流程（process）
   
  1.查名（名稱無重復(fù)的情況下1個工作日）；

  2．報送外國投資委員會申請批準(zhǔn)證書（材料齊全的情況下約45個工作日）：
  2. Application for Approval Certificate(About 45working days if the materials are fully prepared);
   
  3．報送工商局申請營業(yè)執(zhí)照（材料齊全的情況下約5-7個工作日）；
  3.Application for the Certificate of Business Corporation(About 5-7 working days if the materials are fully prepared)
   
  4．申請組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證（2個工作日）；
  4.  Application for the Organization Code;(about 2working days)
   
  5．向稅務(wù)局申請稅務(wù)登記證（4個工作日）；
  5.  Application for the Tax Registration Code;(About 4 working days)
   
  6、外匯管理局（辦理外匯登記卡）（1個工作日）
  6、Foreign Currency Registration（about 1 working days）
   
  7、銀行開設(shè)外匯帳戶及人民幣帳戶并進(jìn)資金；
  7、Bank open up a foreign currency account and RMB reserve account , and then you can deposit your money in the foreign currency account.
   
  8、會計師出驗資報告；
  8、Capital Verification(about 1 working days)；
   
  9、工商局變更營業(yè)執(zhí)照（5個工作日）
  9、SAIC Change Business License
   
  10、組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證變更（1個工作日）
  10、Organization Code Change (about 2 working days)
   
  11．辦理統(tǒng)計證（約1個工作日）；
